1. Eye Van

Two Eye vans in Rajasthan and Jharkhand are equipped with best equipment to examine the eyes of patients from rural/tribal areas. Free eye glasses are provided to patients of all age groups. The idea behind mobile Eye clinics is to prevent blindness/vision loss by diagnosing the Patients for Cataract, Glaucoma, Corneal Opacity, Amblyopia, Strabismus, Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Keratoconus, Vitreous Haemorrhage or Pterygium, etc. Such patients are referred to nearest medical centre for further treatment/surgery.AFI has started eye care services in the rural areas of Jharkhand and Rajasthan through mobile eye clinics under the leadership of Dr. Raj Mohan, National Coordinator of eye services.
The Jharkhand van is giving services in Dumma, Deoghar and Viratnagar in Alwar, Rajasthan.
